
Opened in 1948 by Ichiro Sekiguchi, who roasted coffee until he died at 103. They only serve coffee. No food. The beans are aged for a minimum of 14 years, some dating back to the 1950s. The master pours through a flannel drip with a ritual precision that borders on sacred. Eight seats. One mission.
